Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

• Donations requested, but no donation or purchase is necessary to participate in the sweepstakes.
• Winner need not be present to win.
• Winner must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of their state.
• To obtain a ticket without a donation, send a self-addressed stamped legal-sized envelope to St. Mary’s 2024 Fundraiser Tickets, 204 Suarez Dr., St Marys, KS 66536 postmarked prior to May 1st, 2024.
• No Tax receipt for cash.
• Winner is subject to all applicable local, state & federal taxes, Fees and/or other legal requirements.

Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone, but we may use the information collected and provided to us as part of a ticket donation to contact you regarding the fundraiser now or in the future.
